Adventure Risk Management
A huge part of our risk management training includes critical incident debriefing. Reflection is one of the fundamental tools we use in order for experiential learning to be truly effective. All of our scenario based learning ends with a session of discussion on lessons learned, ways to improve and move forward. One of our favourite highlights is bringing in industry specialist, Ken Wylie. Ken has 3o years of experience as a mountain guide and educator. His 2 day Adventure Risk Management course helps develop student’s ability to assess risk and evaluate intuition to make safe decisions in the wilderness.
