LOG DATA

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

When someone visits this website, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.

WORDPRESS COOKIES

We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise our services across the Internet. WEB FORMS

We collect personally identifiable information through forms on our website, but only if you choose to fill in your information and submit it to us. Common uses of this information include: allowing our staff to contact you to respond to your questions, to allow you to subscribe to an email newsletter, or to allow you to complete an order. The intent of each web form will be clearly labelled.

The data submitted through these web forms is stored on our web server for up to 14 days. It is also sent to our organization’s email address where it may be stored indefinitely. This information will be used for customer service purposes and will not be used for marketing unless you opt-in (eg. by subscribing to a newsletter).

MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND STORE

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
  • Our team members have access to this information to help confirm applicant deposit status, fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

We use an email newsletter provider called MailChimp. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email newsletter we send you.
